1pluss Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1pluss ("1pluss", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 1pluss website located at https://1pluss.org and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the 1pluss platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply continuously for as long as you hold an active 1pluss account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 1pluss Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 1pluss. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

To create a 1pluss account and participate in any real-money gaming activity, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and is strictly enforced through KYC identity verification. Underage gambling is illegal under Philippine law, and 1pluss has a zero-tolerance policy in this regard.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number linked to your GCash or Maya account. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

1pluss will conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on all accounts before processing withdrawal requests or granting access to certain promotions. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

Your 1pluss account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Immediately notify the 1pluss support team if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensure that the contact details and personal information associated with your account remain accurate and current at all times.
• Not allow any other person to use your account to place wagers, claim bonuses, or conduct any other activity on your behalf.
• Not access any other player's account under any circumstances.

1pluss will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. However, if we determine that unauthorised access occurred through no fault of your own, we will work with you to investigate and resolve the matter appropriately.

1pluss reserves the right to carry out additional security checks — including requesting further identity documentation — at any time for the purpose of verifying account ownership, preventing fraud, or complying with applicable anti-money laundering obligations under Philippine law.

All financial transactions on the 1pluss platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 1pluss does not support foreign currency accounts. Any funds deposited in a foreign currency will be subject to conversion at prevailing exchange rates, and applicable conversion fees may apply.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 1pluss account within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• 1pluss does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges that are outside of our control.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with the applicable wagering requirements for any active bonus funds.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. The maximum withdrawal limits per day, week, and month are detailed in your account settings.
• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with anti-money laundering obligations.

1pluss offers a range of promotions, bonuses, free spins, free bets, and other incentive programmes to eligible registered players. The following general terms apply to all 1pluss promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is displayed on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, sports bets, and table games may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely. Check the specific promotion terms for the contribution schedule.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings not used or withdrawn within the stated validity period will be forfeited without notice.

1pluss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute concerning a bonus or promotion, the decision of 1pluss shall be final and binding.

All games available on the 1pluss platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer infrastructure, as applicable. The outcomes of all games are determined by these certified systems and are not influenced by 1pluss, its staff, or any external party.

By participating in any game on the 1pluss platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves risk, and it is possible to lose all funds deposited into your account.
• Past game outcomes do not influence or guarantee future outcomes.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific short-term results.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and the game round has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or reversed except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or game interruption during a round, 1pluss reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. Winnings generated from malfunctions are not valid and will not be paid out.

Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the 1pluss platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, share information in live games, or engage in any form of match-fixing or game manipulation.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or under false or borrowed identities.
• Using the 1pluss platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 1pluss platform. Any discovered vulnerability must be reported to the 1pluss support team immediately and must not be exploited.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits without first attempting to resolve the matter through the 1pluss support team.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using the 1pluss platform while subject to an active self-exclusion order or while under 21 years of age.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1pluss and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 1pluss platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from a verified technical malfunction (where the affected round will be voided and the wager refunded).
• Interruptions in platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party network failures, or circumstances beyond 1pluss's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any decision made by 1pluss in good faith regarding account suspension, bonus forfeiture, or game round voiding.

1pluss's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your 1pluss account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 1pluss's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable Philippine law.

1pluss collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with the 1pluss Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account and using the 1pluss platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

1pluss complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data is collected for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification (KYC), and ongoing account management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 1pluss, you agree to first contact the 1pluss customer support team and make a genuine effort to resolve the matter amicably. The 1pluss support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the 1pluss support team, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents 1pluss from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where this is necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
